Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Eco Wave products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns — You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened wipes or bags cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
UK customers — In addition to the above, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to start a return — Email with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping costs.
Exchanges — The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
